SHIPPING POLICY

All orders will be shipped via Australia Post Parcel Service, except where mutually decided to be impractical. Any other shipping requirements will require contact with C-Aspect Pty Ltd.
The total delivery time is the time until the products are available plus the shipping time. The availability time may vary depending on products currently in stock. If requested products are out of stock you will be notified as soon as practical and given the option of changing your order to reduce the delivery time.
Delivery time is dependent on your location as well as environmental factors, and as such is out of the control of C-Aspect Pty Ltd. When Australia Post is the courier used, the shipping and handling costs are dependent on both the weight and the destination.

Returns Policy

C-Aspect Pty Ltd offers an exchange of goods or credit on return of stock purchased and do not offer a monetary refund on items unless an item purchased has a manufacturing fault. Postage will be re-charged if an item is being exchanged and posted out.
All Gidgee eyewear has a 12 month warranty on manufacturer faults. C-Aspect Pty Ltd has a reply paid service for warranty claims. Please contact C-Aspect Pty Ltd directly to record your warranty claim. A proof of purchase must accompany the return of goods.
